Samples and taste tests of our Apples, Asian Pears, and sweet ciders will be available for everyone.
But for thoughs who are over 21 our wines and hard ciders will available to taste test for the first time and only time until the construction of our new winery is complete in June 2007.
Our good friend Chef Julie Andres from La Medusa Restaurant will be demonstrating some of her techniques to make fabulous dishes with our heirloom tomatoes. She will also be pairing or wines and hard ciders with various dishes as well.
